	MISSION:	To provide nutritious yet delicious local and organic meals. We use local Ontario produce from small farmer co-ops; our meat is naturally and ethically raised; our cafe was designed using eco-friendly materials; we use biodegradable take out packaging and certified Fair Trade imported items like chocolate, tea, coffee, bananas and quinoa.
	SERVICES:	Full service cafe serving vegan, vegetarian, organic meat, wheat and gluten free options – weekend brunch, organic beer and wine and outdoor patio.
